At Fanimation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home comfort solutions. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Fanimation account and select the order you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the uninstalled fan or accessory in its original box with all manuals and hardware included to ensure eligibility for a refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
